IMMIGRATION LAWS

   1.   THERE WILL BE NO SPECIAL BILLINGUAL PROGRAMS IN THE SCHOOLS.

   2.   ALL BALLOTS WILL BE IN THE NATIONS LANGUAGE.

   3.   ALL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN OUR LANGUAGE.

   5.   NON-CITIZENS WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO HOLD POLITICAL OFFICE.

   6.   FOREIGNERS WILL NOT BE A BURDEN TO THE TAXPAYERS.  NO WELFARE, NO FOOD STAMPS, NO HEALTH CARE, OR OTHER GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.  ANY BURDEN WILL BE DEPORTED.

   7.   FOREIGNERS CAN INVEST IN THIS COUNTRY, BUT IT MUST BE AN AMOUT AT LEAST EQUALL TO 40,000 TIMES THE DAILY MINIMUM WAGE.

   8.   IF FOREIGNERS COME HERE AND BUY LAND, OPTIONS WILL BE RESTRICTED.  CERTAIN PARCELS INCLUDING WATERFRONT PROPERTY ARE RESERVED FOR CITIZENS NATURALLY BORN INTO THIS COUNTRY.

   9.   FOREIGNERS MAY HAVE NO PROTESTS:  NO DEMONSTRATIONS, NO WAVING OF FOREIGN FLAG, NO POLITICAL ORGANIZING, O BAD-MOUTHING OUR PRESIDENT OR HIS POLICIES.  THESE WILL LEAD TO DEPORTAION.

  10.                IF YOU DO COME TO THIS COUNTRY ILLEGALLY, YOU WILL BE ACTEIVELY HUNTED AND, WHEN CAUGHT, SENT TO JAIL UNTIL YOUR DEPORTATION CAN BE ARRANGED.  ALL ASSEST WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOU.

MANIFESTO OF ARTICLES FROM BACON COUNTY, GA. 

1. Having presented, herein, a few notably egregious examples, but by no means a complete listing of all such, WE declare that President Barrack Hussien Obama and the Attorney General Eric Holder of the U.S.A. are in violation of Art 14 sec 3 of the U.S. Constitution in giving AID and COMFORT to the enemies of our country.
   
   
2. In that we have lawfully come before our U.S. Congressman to submit our grievances, in accordance to the Constitution itself, therefore WE make demands and supplication as follows:
   
   
   1. In your duties to represent the voters to whom you are responsible, you must with all vigor, boldness and fervor, present and seek implementations with all other members of Congress to remove President Barrack Hussien Obama and the Attorney General Eric Holder from offices of the United States Government in violation of Art 14 sec 3 of the U.S. Constitution in giving AID and COMFORT to the enemies of our country.
      
      
   2. Additionally to seek punishment as a defined act of TREASON in accordance with Article III sec. 3 of the U.S. Constitution for the treasonous behavior leading to damage and destruction of the United States and its PEOPLE.
      
      
3. It is resolved by the undersigned of this petition that we dedicate ourselves to these ends and shall continually and relentlessly strive for the preservation and adherence to the U.S. Constitution, and the fidelity of its interpretation, as given to the people (not the government) for their protection from government and tyranny emanating thereof.

REMOVAL of DISABILITY

ARTICLE 14 SEC. 3

U.S. CONSTITUTION

Disqualification for office: Removal of Disability:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, who having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State Legislature, or as an executive of judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.  But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability

It is clear that any member of the Federal or State government can be removed without impeachment, which is an arduous, long, drawn out process requiring the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS to preside in the trial of the Senate.

Should the republicans take the majority in the Senate (2014), I would think Art 14 Sec 3 may be within grasp and a much simpler process than impeachment.

Would not this be a viable option to rid this country of the Barry Soetoro scourge?

This country may not survive 2 more years of the PRINCE of FOOLS usurping the Presidency!

MY RAMBLINGS would make more sense should you read the post below....first.

It is startling revealing and demonstratively, yet, sadly true!

This country has placed unrestrained corrupting power in a muslim schooled Communist, whose only fame was to operate  as the euphemistically self proclaimed "COMMUNITY ORGANIZER".  This man and his ilk stand against everything our FOUNDERS revered.  He epitomizes everything they so rightly feared that could happen to our new foundering Democratic Republic!!

Barry Soetoro AKA Barack Hussien Obama has proclaimed out of his own mouth to the American people that our Constitution is a "fundamentally flawed document".  "It must be changed in order for me to achieve 'SOCIAL JUSTICE'."

If that's not frightening enough, in his own book "The Audacity of Hope", and by his own hand he has written, "that should the plight of the Muslims in the U.S.A. turn ugly, 'I WILL SIDE WITH THE MUSLIMS".

THE LIST of indictments against this man would fill pages!  Beware, this man is the greatest deceiver and liar since the 'The Little Austrian Corporal' became the resurrection  and implementor of the NAZI madness that engulfed half the world in a fight for survival, the likes never seen in world history!  Defended by 'THE GREATEST GENERATION' of protectors, the likes of which will be hard to come by, again.

Generations, to come, shall bear the tribulations being dispensed by THE FOOL we now have as a so called POTUS.

The malaise in Germany that fed Hitler's meteoric rise as the most horrific madman of current times exists in our present day U.S.A.

COMPLACENCY, APATHY, PERSONAL GREED and HISTORICAL IGNORANCE

The only thing that offers hope for the Patriots is clamor with loud voices to our politicians, pray fervently and let them know the American people will not stand still while our country and our FOUNDING FATHER'S CONSTITUTION is being assaulted and trampled with little regard or outrage.

We must be outraged....and outraged to the point of doing something besides twisting our hands and cowering in fear.  

SCREAM AT OUR POLITICIANS SO THAT THEY HEAR, LEST THE OUTRAGEOUS FOOLS DEFEAT THE PATRIOTS.

About the time our original thirteen states adopted their new Constitution in 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburgh, had this to say about the fall of the Atheanian Republic some 2,000 years earlier.

“A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government.” “A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that the voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.”

“From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapses due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.”

THE GREATEST GENERATION

A GIANT from a dwindling "GREATEST GENERATION", as certified by the late Tom Brochaw of NBC Nightly News, still walks among us.  His name is Braswell Drue Deen, Jr.  

This man fought in battle for your freedom and my freedom.  He was wounded and received the U.S. Marine's Purple Heart for his actions in battle. In WWII he fought in the most ferocious battles of the Pacific.  He was in the storming invasion of the Island of Peleliu and the invasion of Okinawa and survived to fulfill a career founded in principles of the highest order and dedicated service to his fellow citizens.

It would leave me tongue tied and surely amiss if I attempted to recount in this missive all his actions and accomplishments.  If you get to know this man through his Tweets, Emails, publications and published books; then, you, too, can stand amazed and regard this man with the esteem deserved.

Let us pause as we remember all those who have given their ultimate so that we may be free.  Yet, we must have the courage to continue that struggle:  be it outside or inside the greatest country the world has ever produced.  Let us not be guilty of squandering the sacrifices made for our freedom.
