KINGSTON MANIFESTO

MANIFESTO OF ARTICLES FROM BACON COUNTY, GA. 

1. Having presented, herein, a few notably egregious examples, but by no means a complete listing of all such, WE declare that President Barrack Hussien Obama and the Attorney General Eric Holder of the U.S.A. are in violation of Art 14 sec 3 of the U.S. Constitution in giving AID and COMFORT to the enemies of our country.
   
   
2. In that we have lawfully come before our U.S. Congressman to submit our grievances, in accordance to the Constitution itself, therefore WE make demands and supplication as follows:
   
   
   1. In your duties to represent the voters to whom you are responsible, you must with all vigor, boldness and fervor, present and seek implementations with all other members of Congress to remove President Barrack Hussien Obama and the Attorney General Eric Holder from offices of the United States Government in violation of Art 14 sec 3 of the U.S. Constitution in giving AID and COMFORT to the enemies of our country.
      
      
   2. Additionally to seek punishment as a defined act of TREASON in accordance with Article III sec. 3 of the U.S. Constitution for the treasonous behavior leading to damage and destruction of the United States and its PEOPLE.
      
      
3. It is resolved by the undersigned of this petition that we dedicate ourselves to these ends and shall continually and relentlessly strive for the preservation and adherence to the U.S. Constitution, and the fidelity of its interpretation, as given to the people (not the government) for their protection from government and tyranny emanating thereof.

REMOVAL of DISABILITY

ARTICLE 14 SEC. 3

U.S. CONSTITUTION

Disqualification for office: Removal of Disability:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, who having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State Legislature, or as an executive of judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.  But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability

It is clear that any member of the Federal or State government can be removed without impeachment, which is an arduous, long, drawn out process requiring the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS to preside in the trial of the Senate.

Should the republicans take the majority in the Senate (2014), I would think Art 14 Sec 3 may be within grasp and a much simpler process than impeachment.

Would not this be a viable option to rid this country of the Barry Soetoro scourge?

This country may not survive 2 more years of the PRINCE of FOOLS usurping the Presidency!
